Dr. Katrina Platt, D.O.
Dr. Platt is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Before pursing her passion for aesthetics, Dr. Platt worked as a Staff Hospitalist at Eisenhower Medical Center, where she instructed doctors-in-training, and currently serves on the hospital’s Emergency Depart Quality committee. She also currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at her alma mater, Western University of Health Sciences. Dr Platt provides concierge Internal Medicine for patients in her Rancho Mirage office.
In 2013, Dr. Platt decided to follow her dreams of running a medical aesthetics with a focus on holistic health and wellness.
Dr. Platt is known for her great results and her warm bedside manner. With years of experience and a commitment to building lasting patient relationships, Dr. Platt is here to support you on your journey to optimal health.
With 14 years of nursing experience, including 12 years in the Intensive Care Unit, she is a skilled aesthetic nurse injector dedicated to delivering natural-looking results. Gaby voraciously pursued her studied in aesthetics for a two solid years before becoming an injector over 6 years ago.
Passionate about overall wellness, she emphasizes patient education and is committed to continuous learning to ensure the highest standards of care. Her approach blends expertise with a personalized touch, helping patients feel confident and informed in their aesthetic and wellness journey.
Gaby, along with Dr. Platt has also sought education in the Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) world through Worldlink Medical to further her ability to help patients on their lifelong journey of wellness.

Balancing a fulfilling career at Eisenhower Health, she brings a compassionate touch to her patient care. As a mother of four, she skillfully navigates the demands of family life and her professional aspirations. Niki is a licensed aesthetician with 13 years of experience, she specializes in Hydrafacial treatment, delivering exceptional skincare tailored to her clients' needs. Her extensive background in aesthetic skincare treatments combines advanced techniques with a deep understanding of skin health, ensuring transformative results. Passional about enhancing natural beauty, she stays updated on industry trends and innovations, providing her clients with the best in skincare.
Niki offers custom facials, dermaplaning, waxing, lash lifts and lash tints, a variety of chemical peels including BioRePeel and PRX. In addition, Niki has attended several master courses for Hydrafacial for the face and scalp. Yes! Scalp health can be achieved through with Hydrafacial Keravive.
