At her Redlands location, she leads a team focused on natural, personalized results through advanced aesthetic treatments and skin health solutions. In her Rancho Mirage concierge medical practice, Dr. Platt provides individualized, membership-based care that prioritizes prevention, longevity, and optimal wellness.
She is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and serves as an Assistant Professor at her alma mater, Western University of Health Sciences. With over 15 years of nursing experience and more than 6 years specializing in aesthetic medicine, Gaby brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, artistry, and compassion to every patient interaction. Her nursing journey began in the high-acuity world of the Intensive Care Unit, where she honed her critical thinking skills and developed an unshakable commitment to patient care.
Today, Gaby proudly serves as the Executive Director of Aesthetics for Dr. Platt and a BHRT Consultant, where she leads with a clear vision: to deliver natural-looking results while supporting each patient's overall wellness.
Her approach is rooted in education, trust, and relationship-building—ensuring patients feel heard, empowered, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Her passion lies in helping patients feel their best both inside and out by combining advanced aesthetic treatments with evidence-based wellness strategies.
