Dr. Katrina Platt, D.O.
Dr. Platt is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Before pursing her passion for aesthetics, Dr. Platt worked as a Staff Hospitalist at Eisenhower Medical Center, where she instructed doctors-in-training, and currently serves on the hospital’s Emergency Depart Quality committee. She also currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at her alma mater, Western University of Health Sciences. Dr Platt provides concierge Internal Medicine for patients in her Rancho Mirage office.
In 2013, Dr. Platt decided to follow her dreams of running a medical aesthetics with a focus on holistic health and wellness.
Dr. Platt is known for her great results and her warm bedside manner. With years of experience and a commitment to building lasting patient relationships, Dr. Platt is here to support you on your journey to optimal health.
Gaby has 14 years experience as a Registered Nurse, and voraciously pursued her studied in aesthetics for two solid years before becoming an injector over 6 years ago. Dr. Platt originally met Gaby when they were both working at Eisenhower Hospital and quickly recruited her to become an injector in her private practice.
Gaby is an incredibly talented and sought-after injector, who is known for her artistry and attention to detail. Patients feel safe with Gaby, as she listens carefully and deeply to what you have to say. She doesn’t believe in telling you what to do, she’s here to help you get the results that YOU want.
Gaby is passionate about helping you look and feel like the best, most refreshed version of yourself. She loves helping you to see what’s already beautiful about you, and then helps you to enhance it.

She’s the one who will take care of you as soon as you walk through the door, answer every question you have, and make sure the doctor hears your special requests. Shelley Lynn Frazier
is our Practice Coordinator at Rancho Mirage and is one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet! She makes sure all of our patients at Rancho Mirage get what they need, are accommodated, and are fully heard. Her superpowers are her attention to detail and her ability to make everyone feel at ease with her uplifting nature.
