Before Your Appointment
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior
- Avoid blood thinning supplements 3–5 days prior (if medically appropriate)
After Treatment
- Remain upright for 4 hours
- Do not massage treated areas
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
Normal Side Effects
- Mild swelling
- Redness
- Temporary headache
Call Us Immediately If
- Difficulty swallowing
- Vision changes
- Severe muscle weakness

Before your Appointment
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior

- No vaccines 45 days prior
- No dental work 2 weeks prior
- Do not massage treated areas
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
- Avoid makeup for 24 hours
- Avoid NSAIDS
- Swelling
- Bruising
- Tenderness
- You have severe pain to the treated area
Before Your Appointment
- Use your Alastin Procedure Enhancement Kit ONLY starting 2 weeks prior
- Avoid direct sun 4 weeks prior
- Take antiviral medication if you have a history of cold sores
- Use your Alastin kit ONLY for one full week after
- Avoid strenuous activity & heat for 72 hours
- Avoid makeup for 48 hours
- No sun exposure for 3 to 4 weeks
- Redness
- Swelling
- Flaking/Dry skin

- Avoid active skin products (retinal, vitamin C)
- Avoid direct sun 1 week prior
- Use your post care kit provided to you
- Avoid strenuous activity & heat for at least for 48 hours

- Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks
